Engineering for the people at the end of the process.
I'm Mounika. I trained as a mechanical engineer, built automation lines for two years, then moved into strategic and systemic design at TU Delft. I like problems where a better process, product or policy makes someone's working day safer and fairer.

Operational Process Engineer
KLM Engineering & Maintenance, Schiphol · Internship
Redesigned the ground handling of aircraft oxygen cylinders around an industrial manipulator, with a reworked cart and new SOP.
More +Less −- Introduced an industrial manipulator to take over the lifting and moving of cylinders
- Redesigned the existing cart with side openings, so the manipulator can slide each cylinder in from the side
- Wrote the new SOP to match the redesigned process
- Analysed cross-departmental workflows and ran recurring focus groups with operators and managers to validate changes
